We had an awesome experience at Puckers Sports Grill, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Thales. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. It's always great when a server makes you feel welcome and on top of things--Thales definitely did that! As for the food, the smash burger was incredible! Perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The special sauce took it to the next level--just the right kick to make every bite better than the last. Definitely one of the best burgers we've had in Gatlinburg! We were searching to eat burgers for lunch after a long morning and stumbled into this place. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. It's a sports bar, so you can watch sports games while you eat. The burgers and sliders were delicious. There are kid-friendly options, too. The fried were crispy and beer battered. The food came with a different sauce based on the meal. The atmosphere was warm and very nice. Our server, Thales, was great--very friendly and nice. I definitely recommend this place.

This is a college style sports bar. I don't understand the bad reviews. We came here for drinks and some appetizers and had a blast. Check your surroundings before going places!
Totally diff vibe from original Puckers. But Kevin the bartender is the best around. Worked his tail off and still delivered excellent drinks quickly!
